Since 1998, our team has committed to delivering accessible healthcare, inpatient and outpatient services, comprehensive patient care, and dependable treatment to families, HMO patients, and the wider Lagos community.
Our History
Faleti Medical Centre has been providing trusted healthcare services to the Lagos community since August 1998, beginning at 204 Kirikiri Road, Trinity Bus Stop, Olodi Apapa, Lagos, before its official opening on 5 September 1998. Today, FMC continues that community-focused work from 98 Baale Street, New Road Bus Stop, Olodi Apapa, within Ajeromi/Ifelodun Local Government Area.
Accredited by the NHIS, FMC provides healthcare services to corporate organisations, private individuals, public and civil servants, and patients under the National Health Insurance Scheme. The hospital offers outpatient and inpatient care, with over 20 admission beds serving adults and children.
Our services span general medical care, obstetrics and gynaecology, surgical care, medical clinics, family planning, infant and young child welfare, immunisation, TB/HIV care, laboratory testing, ultrasound, ECG, and Directly Observed Treatment for Tuberculosis.
